Delete Account

DozyBlue gives you control over your account and data. If you no longer want to use DozyBlue, you can permanently delete your account directly from inside the DozyBlue app. Deleting your account removes your DozyBlue account and associated app data from our active systems. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Open the DozyBlue app and go to: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to permanently delete your account. This is not only a request; the deletion is completed from inside the app.

2. What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, DozyBlue deletes your authentication account and associated DozyBlue user data from our active systems, including:

• Account information, such as your email address and name
• Subscription state stored by DozyBlue
• Sleep session data
• Media session data
• Audiobook data
• Weekly sleep statistics
• App settings and preferences

3. What Data May be Retained

DozyBlue does not intentionally retain your deleted account data in its active systems. However, third-party providers such as Apple App Store and RevenueCat may retain purchase, subscription, transaction, or account-related records in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

4. Backup Retention

Backup copies of deleted DozyBlue data may remain for up to 7 days before being automatically removed.
